A 45 minute parent/adult structured class for children walking to age three. This class promotes quality time with your child while developing listening and gross motor skills in a stimulating, safe and fun environment. An active 45 minute structured class for children 3 & 4 years old. Children will learn basic gymnastics skills while fine-tuning their gross motor skills, increasing strength, improving coordination and enhancing their listening skills. An hour and a half long class for children with previous gymnastics experience. Certain skill prerequisites are required. Fliptastics III & IV Comp. Intro (Ages 8+) → Learn More
Fliptastics III & IV Comp. Intro / Ages 8+
An hour and a half long advanced gymnastics class for ages 8+ where they compose routines and compete in house at FVG & More. Full school year commitment required to prepare for competitions to be held in the spring. Skill prerequisites needed as well as previous experience in our regular Flip-tastics III & IV class prior to enrollment in this class. Tumble (Ages 8+) → Learn More
Tumble / Ages 8+

Summer Fun Days (Ages 4+) → Learn More
Summer Fun Days
Spend the day at FVG & More! Full Day option for ages 5 & up and Half Day option for ages 4 & up. Come for a full week or just for one day. Program entails lots of gymnastics, games, water slide/water activities, outdoor play, arts & crafts & more! Please note: Fun day activities may rotate and not be utilized every day. USAG Competition Team
For dedicated and qualified students who are passionate about gymnastics. Qualifications vary upon age and ability as well as work ethic and maintaining a positive, confident attitude. Our Team Program is divided into various levels which include: Pre-Team (Tiny Talent ages 5 to 6 and Team-N-Training ages 6 & up), Girls Team Levels 3-10 & Xcel Levels Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond. Currently enrolled students will be recommended into this program once they have obtained all the requirements. Schedule an evaluation to see if this is the right program for you.

To Reward Dedication and Commitment
Students that are enrolled for the entire school year September - June will receive a participation Medal at the conclusion of the School Year (in June). Trophies will also be awarded to those who have been with us for 5, 10 and 15 consecutive years!
